1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Pricing Expectations Coaching: Personalized guidance to help you develop realistic expectations regarding home pricing in current market conditions, including analysis of price ranges, market positioning, and pricing strategies.

Market Trend Summaries: Compiled information and analysis of real estate market trends, statistical data, neighborhood patterns, and economic factors influencing property values.

Our services are strictly educational and informational in nature. Price Guide does not provide:

- Licensed real estate brokerage services

- Professional appraisal services as defined by state or federal appraisal standards

- Legal, financial, tax, or investment advice

- Guaranteed or certified property valuations

- Binding price determinations or formal appraisals

All information provided through our services represents educational guidance and market insights only. Users must conduct their own due diligence and consult with licensed professionals for specific real estate transactions, appraisals, legal matters, or financial decisions.

3. USER OBLIGATIONS

As a user of Price Guide services, you agree to:

Not attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our services through unauthorized means, including but not limited to hacking, data mining, or introducing malicious software.

Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials or access information provided to you.

4. APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS

Scheduling: Appointments for Pricing Expectations Coaching or other personalized services may be scheduled through our designated contact methods. Appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Price Guide.

Confirmation: All scheduled appointments will be confirmed via email to the address you provide. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your contact information and monitoring communications regarding your scheduled services.

Cancellations by User: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment by providing notice at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of any fees paid or the assessment of a cancellation fee.

No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show and may result in forfeiture of fees paid and impact your ability to schedule future appointments.

Cancellations by Price Guide: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, provider availability, or other operational necessities. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you as soon as possible and offer alternative scheduling options or refunds as appropriate.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

Fees: Fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to scheduling or engagement. All fees are in United States Dollars unless otherwise specified.

Payment Methods: Payment may be required in advance of service delivery through methods specified during the booking or engagement process. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of scheduling.

Payment Due: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due at the time services are scheduled or as specified in any service agreement or invoice.

Refunds: Refund eligibility depends on the specific service and circumstances. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Raya.Parker@priceguide.info. Refunds for cancelled appointments are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in Section 4.

Late Payment: Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of services and may affect your ability to schedule or access future services.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our fees and pricing structure at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect services already paid for but will apply to future bookings made after the pricing change takes effect.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Price Guide, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to:

Financial losses resulting from real estate transactions or decisions made based on information provided through our services.

Losses resulting from reliance on market trend summaries, pricing guidance, or educational information.

Damages arising from property value fluctuations, market changes, or pricing discrepancies.

Losses related to appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or service interruptions.

Damages resulting from errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in information provided, despite our reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy.

Any damages arising from unauthorized access to or use of our systems or your information.

The total liability of Price Guide for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Price Guide for services in the six months preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that real estate markets are dynamic and subject to numerous variables beyond our control, and that pricing information and market trends are subject to change without notice.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

IMPLIED WARRANTIES: We disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

ACCURACY OF INFORMATION: While we strive to provide accurate and current information, we make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any information provided through our services. Real estate market conditions change frequently, and information may become outdated.

RESULTS: We do not warrant or guarantee any specific outcomes, results, or property values resulting from use of our services. Actual property values, sale prices, and market conditions may differ from information or guidance provided.

UNINTERRUPTED SERVICE: We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

8. GOVERNING LAW
